Lions' Calvin Johnson, Louis Delmas active for home opener today

Calvin Johnson and Louis Delmas are both active for the Detroit Lions’ home opener today against the Kansas City Chiefs after being listed as questionable on Friday’s injury report.
Johnson went through a full complement of receiving drills about two hours before kickoff. He sprained his left ankle in last week’s win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Delmas suffered a hip pointer in the same game.
Corey Hilliard worked first-team at right tackle in front of Gosder Cherilus before the game, though the Lions said there were no starting lineup changes to announce.
Cherilus drew a late-game personal foul penalty against Tampa that angered Lions coach Jim Schwartz, and there have been questions about his play in his return from microfracture knee surgery.
Running back Keiland Williams will dress for the first time as a Lion. Williams takes the place of receiver Maurice Stovall on the game-day roster. Stovall is out with a hand injury.
The Lions other inactives are quarterback Drew Stanton, guard Jacques McClendon, cornerback Alphonso Smith, defensive tackle Nick Fairley and offensive tackle Jason Fox.
Fox, who has been out since early August with a foot injury, went through an extensive pregame workout with trainers today.
